About This Project

Customer is a PTA (Parent Teacher Association) organization. They provide several programs to strengthen family-school partnership. Their mission is to make the school a better place for children to learn. They organize several fundraising events to raise money for school supplies and support school's efforts.

Executive Summary

Implement Salesforce CRM and install Nonprofit Service Pack (NPSP) to manage core relationships between individual donors, program participants, volunteers and companies. Assist PTA team by coordinating, recording and managing communications, fundraising, volunteer and team information in a more efficient and effective way.

Challenges

Client wants to better manage nonprofit business processes.

Client did not manage, track and report on the pipeline of numerous funds raising prospects.

Client did not track "touches" – the calls, emails, meetings and other interactions that the PTA members had with prospects and donors.

Our solution helped PTA to be more effective in running numerous fundraisers throughout the year as well as larger fundraising campaigns at specific times. The funds raised by the PTA increased by 50% while reducing daily operational cost.
