Executive Summary

Implement Salesforce CRM and install Nonprofit Service Pack (NPSP) to manage core relationships between individual donors, program participants, volunteers and companies. Assist PTA team by coordinating, recording and managing communications, fundraising, volunteer and team information in a more efficient.
