Their mission is to make the school a better place for children to learn. They organize several fundraising events to raise money for school supplies and support school’s efforts.

Executive Summary

Implement Salesforce CRM and install Nonprofit Service Pack (NPSP) to manage core relationships between individual donors, program participants, volunteers and companies. Assist PTA team by coordinating, recording and managing communications, fundraising, volunteer and team information in a more efficient.

Challenges

  • Client wants to better manage nonprofit business processes.
  • Client did not manage, track and report on the pipeline of numerous funds raising prospects.
